Hustle Hub is a private workspace used by Hustle Management and WestSide Hub to manage money, design projects, team chat and client messages. This page explains what data it keeps and why.

What we collect

  • Account data. Your name, email address, profile picture, and the sign-in method you use (email and password, or Google). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in readable form.
  • Workspace data. Transactions, wallets, budgets, goals, clients, projects, payments, notes, messages and posts that you or your teammates enter.
  • Instagram messages. If the Owner connects an Instagram Business or Creator account, we receive and store the direct messages sent to that account: the sender's Instagram ID, username and name, the message text, whether it had an attachment, and when it was sent. We also store an access token for the connected account.
  • Technical data. Basic logs such as the time of requests, needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

  • To run the app: show your data to the people in your workspace, send and receive messages, and show notifications.
  • To let the team read and reply to Instagram messages from clients, and link a conversation to the client's projects.
  • To protect the service: approve who can join, prevent abuse, and keep an activity log for Owners and Admins.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use Instagram messages to train models or to profile people.

Who can see it

Data belongs to a workspace. Only people the Owner has approved into that workspace can see its data, limited by their role (Owner, Admin or Member). Direct messages between two members are visible only to those two people. Instagram conversations are visible to the members of the workspace the account is connected to.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication and file storage, in the Singapore region) and the website runs on Vercel. Sign in with Google is provided by Google, and Instagram messaging is provided by Meta. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account or workspace is active. The Owner can disconnect Instagram at any time, which stops new messages and removes the stored access token. You can ask us to delete your account and your personal data, or the data of a person who messaged the connected Instagram account, using the contact below.

Your choices

  • Change your name and picture in Profile.
  • Ask us to delete your account or any message data.
  • Stop Instagram access at any time by disconnecting it in the app, or by removing Hustle Hub in Instagram under Settings, Apps and websites.
